Donald Hawks

Donald Hawks III has served as a director of SelectQuote since 2014 and was appointed to serve as Chairman of the Board in February 2020. He has served as a Managing Director and the President of Brookside Equity Partners LLC since its formation in 2012 and he is a director of multiple private companies, including BEP AUL Holdings LLC, Cash Management Solutions Limited, Hillsdale Furniture Holdings LLC and Ultra Aluminum Manufacturing Inc. Additionally, he serves on the Investment Committee of the Rockefeller Family Fund and is a Board Member of the Fresh Air Fund. Mr. Hawks received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and his Master of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

William "Tom" Grant

William "Tom" Grant II has served as a director of SelectQuote since 2010 and as the Vice Chairman of the Board since 2017 following his time as the Company’s President from 2015 to 2017. Mr. Grant served as the Senior Vice President of Health and Risk Management at Quest Diagnostics Incorporated from 2005 to 2007 and as the Chairman, President and CEO of LabOne, Inc. from 1995-2005. Prior to that, he was at Seafield Capital Corporation, where he served as the Chairman of Board and CEO from 1993 to 1995 and as the President and CEO from 1990 to 1993. Mr. Grant also served as President and CEO of Business Men’s Assurance Company of America from 1986 to 1990. Mr. Grant received his undergraduate degree from Kansas University and his Masters of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Timothy “Tim” Danker

Timothy “Tim” Danker has served as the Chief Executive Officer of SelectQuote since 2017. He served as the President of the Company’s Life segment from 2016 to 2019, as the Executive Vice President of the Company’s Life segment from 2015 to 2016 and as the President of the Company’s Auto & Home segment from 2012 to 2015. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Danker co-founded and served as the CEO of Spring Venture Group, a senior healthcare insurance distribution platform, from 2007 to 2012. Mr. Danker received his undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Missouri and his Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Kansas.

Earl “Trace” Devanny

Earl Devanny III was appointed to serve as a director of SelectQuote in February 2020. Mr. Devanny has served as the CEO of Tract Manager—a provider of healthcare strategic sourcing and compliance application suites—since 2016. From 2014 to 2016, he served as the President of Nuance Communications’ healthcare business, a provider of voice and language solutions for businesses and consumers. Prior to that, Mr. Devanny served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Trizetto Corporation from 2010 to 2013, which is a healthcare information technology provider. From 1999 to 2010, he served as the President of Cerner Corporation, which is a supplier of health information technology solutions, services, devices and hardware. Mr. Devanny has served as a director of Commerce Bancshares, Inc., the publicly traded bank holding company for Commerce Bank since 2010 and he also currently serves as a director of Next Health Technologies and McNeil Trusts, which are both private companies. Mr. Devanny received his undergraduate degree from the University of the South (Sewanee).

Denise Devine

Denise Devine was appointed to serve as a director of SelectQuote in February 2020. Ms. Devine is the founder of FNB Holdings, LLC—a company dedicated to initiatives in the health and wellness space and has served as the company’s CEO since 2008. She is also a founder of early stage medical device company, RTM Vital Signs, and has also served as the CFO since 2014. Ms. Devine also founded and served as the CEO from 1994 to 2006 of Nutripharm, Inc., a company that has generated a portfolio of composition and process patents to create innovative natural food, beverage, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products. A Certified Public Accountant, Ms. Devine also previously served as CFO of Energy Solutions International from 2006 to 2008. She has served as a member of the Board of Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Southeastern Pennsylvania since 2016 and was appointed to the Board of Ben Franklin Technology Development Authority in 2018. Ms. Devine has served as a director of Fulton Financial Corporation since 2012, AgroFresh Solutions, Inc. since 2018 and Cubic Corporation since 2019. Ms. Devine received her Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, her Masters in Taxation from Villanova Law School and her undergraduate degree in Accounting from Villanova University.

Raymond Weldon

Raymond Weldon has served as a director of SelectQuote since 2014 and served as the Chairman of the Audit Committee from 2016 to 2019. He is a co-founder of Brookside Equity Partners LLC and has served as one of its Managing Directors since its formation in 2012. Mr. Weldon has been employed by Hillside Capital Incorporated—a private investment company and an affiliate of Brookside Equity Partners LLC—since 1999 and currently serves as one of its Managing Directors. Mr. Weldon is a Certified Public Accountant and is a director of several private companies, including TJ Acquisition LLC and Hillsdale Furniture LLC. Mr. Weldon received his undergraduate degree from the Honors Program of LaSalle University and his Masters in Taxation from Villanova University.

Dr. Kavita Patel

Dr. Kavita Patel joined the SelectQuote Board of Directors in 2020, bringing deep and varied experience in public health and policy. She previously worked on healthcare reform under President Barack Obama, serving as Director of Policy for the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs and Public Engagement, and currently serves as a Scholar at the Brookings Institution. Dr. Patel has also served as deputy director on health to the late Senator Edward Kennedy. In addition to her health policy work, she is also a practicing primary care physician at Mary’s Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center in Washington D.C. Dr. Patel received her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and her M.D. from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She also earned a Masters of Science in Health Services Research from UCLA.
